• rg99 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. You may be required to provide a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may be restricted or closed.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on rg99:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for deposits. rg99 may request verification documents before processing any withdrawal regardless of amount.

• Deposits made but not used for gaming will be returned to the original payment method. rg99 does not hold player funds for investment purposes.

rg99 offers various bonus promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Durga Puja and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in bonus funds and cannot be withdrawn directly. You must complete the stated wagering requirement (rollover) before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Each bonus offer is valid for a specified time period. Uncompleted wagering requirements after the bonus expiry date will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rg99 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and any pending withdrawals cancelled:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any point during the operation of your account, including during KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one rg99 account, whether under the same or different personal details, for any purpose including bonus farming or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using the rg99 platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the platform to convert illegal proceeds.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes in any game or betting market, or engaging in any form of cheating, match manipulation, or deliberate exploitation of software errors.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your rg99 account, or accessing or using another player's rg99 account without their explicit written authorisation and rg99's prior approval.

rg99 employs fraud detection systems and monitors all account activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected, rg99 may act immediately and without prior warning. rg99 may also share information with relevant law enforcement, regulatory bodies or financial institutions where required to do so by law or where rg99 reasonably believes it is necessary to prevent fraud or financial crime.

rg99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where rg99 suspects a breach of these Terms, detects prohibited conduct, receives a legal or regulatory instruction to do so, or determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or to other players. In cases of permanent account closure, rg99 will return any verified, uncontested balance remaining in the account to the player's registered payment method after deducting any applicable bonus amounts, pending wagers or amounts subject to investigation.

Players who wish to close their own rg99 account voluntarily may do so by contacting rg99 support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and circumstances beyond rg99's reasonable control (including internet outages, power failures, acts of government or natural events) may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. rg99 will use reasonable efforts to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance and to restore service promptly following any unplanned outage. rg99 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability during such periods.
